Administrative Assistant Maintain project files and create new files when needed for assigned departments. Provide reproduction and related tasks (i.e. copying and binding) for assigned departments. Prepare correspondence, letters, memos, reports and other materials for assigned in-house staff on an as needed basis. Order and unpack supplies. Make sure all of the conference rooms and clean and neat for client meetings. Make sure the refrigerator is stocked with beverages for the client meetings. Coordinate the service.
