5 Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA, the premier window and patio door replacement company in Northeast PA, is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our team.
As the Installation Coordinator, he/she will assist the Senior Installation Coordinator with scheduling jobs for our Installers, confirming jobs, and putting jobs into production.
He/she's sole focus is to create a balance between delighting our homeowners and filling our installation calendar.
He/she will work alongside and help support the Senior Installation Coordinator while working with the homeowner's schedule as well as our schedule to make sure we have the scheduled filled to no less than 80% capacity.
You will work as the liaison between the business and our Installers to help push the business forward.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Senior Installation Coordinator with updating the schedule with back from measure files to the appropriate number of days on the calendar.
Help assist Senior Installation Coordinator in prepping installation files to ensure they are ready to go to installation.
Completing confirmation calls the morning prior to (or Friday if it is a Monday Installation) installation to ensure customer is prepared for installation.
Filling the schedule with new installations booked 4 weeks out at least 80% capacity per week.
Maintain a good relationship with Operation Managers, Crews and Apprentices.
Maintain good relationship and communication with Customer Experience Operations Manager and Customer Experience Team.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience complex logistics planning and forecasting.
Strong proficiency with efficiency software and spreadsheets.
Ability to work independently, effectively.
Ability to sit for a long period of time.
Scheduling background preferred, not required.
Ability to resolve schedule conflicts in a timely matter.
Exceptionally strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.
Ability to listen and take positive and constructive customer feedback, analyze feedback and report findings and/or recommendations to manager.
