(HFSL) is seeking a House Supervisor to cover the 11:
00 pm- 7:
00 am shift for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in historic Bethlehem, PA.
The House Supervisor works collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Clinical Educator/ADON and Scheduling & Staff Operations Manager to ensure our mission of providing quality care to our patients and residents is met.

Primary responsibilities include supervision of staff, daily rounds, monitoring admissions and discharges and electronic documentation.
This key leadership position assists in the orientation of new staff and supervises and mentors all clinical team members.
This full-time position (37.
5 hours/week) requires every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Qualifications:
Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of PA 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience in skilled nursing or related setting.
Demonstrated supervisor/leadership skills and/or wound care experience.
