Paid Vacation & Holidays The Operations Manager to generate an acceptable return to the company shareholders and stakeholders.
Responsible for the sales, assembly, inventory, purchasing, distribution and logistical functions of the business.
Communicate company strategy and vision to ensure all coworkers understand the goals and objectives of the company.
Establish responsibility and accountability for all management direct reports.

Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Formulation of annual budgets supported by sales and marketing strategies
Formulate direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.

Along with HR Generalist, provide oversight of the recruitment, training and growth of all management personnel
Formulates and/or assists in the formulation and approves all major capital appropriations
Insures proper staffing levels are in place with current and projected workload
Responsible for coworker evaluation, wage and bonus program administration
Creates a safety conscientious environment where co-workers adhere to safety standards and procedures
Drives quality standards of products received, produced and shipped to the customer
Maintain and grow both customer and vendor relationships in order to achieve mutually agreed up on results that are beneficial to both parties
Maintain and grow relationship within organization at other locations as appropriate
Capable of performing a strength, weakness, opportunity and threat SWOT analysis for all major competitors as well as Reeb Millwork
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.

Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.

Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations.

Direct non-production departments of businesses, such as inside sales, warehouse, receiving, shipping and purchasing.

Provides for and maintains an atmosphere where all coworkers are treated with dignity and respect
Responsible for maintaining all capital facilities and equipment in a secure, clean, working and safe manner
Assure accurate, timely and consistent reporting on all productivity, quality, fulfillment and financial information
Attend monthly safety committee meetings
Responsible to investigate and complete a thorough accident investigation report with corrective action input and have an action plan developed to correct safety issues.

Participate in monthly site safety inspections, and conducting weekly tool box safety talks.
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or similar area required
Experience:
7
years of management experience within a manufacturing and/or distribution setting Experience with:
LEAN, JIT, line balancing, level loading, root cause analysis, throughput expansion and method improvements required.
