Position Summary Details Possess and Maintain:
A valid driver's license Be motivated to work with minimal supervision Be able to follow written and verbal instructions Be able to read and fill out paperwork neatly and in a timely fashion Must be able to enter time for completed work orders via a smartphone Be able to work different people with different personalities Be on the call out list and able to accept calls Be able to do heavy lifting when required Must have strong plumbing skills Must work overtime as needed Available to work different shifts based on business need with advanced notice Basic knowledge in all areas of building maintenance Have personal hand tools and be able to work with various power tools Recommended Skills Handling And Load Carrying Maintenance Plumbing Self Motivation Construction Toolkits Work Orders Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
