In this role, you will directly support the Operations Team, primarily focused on the on boarding of subcontractors and other duties as assigned, with all administrative functions as directed.
Operations Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however other duties may be assigned.
Maintaining the quality and accuracy of subcontractor documents by proofreading.
Entering new contracts into database and communicating new contract information to operations and administration in accordance with ARC procedures.
Maintain documents and records by entering information into database for quality assurance checks.
Provide support and coordination for the subcontractor recruiter.
Determine prices for contracted services for potential subcontractors in alignment with ARC pricing guidelines.
Coordinate necessary steps to bring on new contractors.
Obtain proof of insurance; make ID badges for new subcontractors.
Provide coordination for subcontracting assignments.
Contacting subcontractors when work is available.
Supplying all pertinent information pertaining to potential assignments.
Communicate any subcontractor changes to operations and administration.
Coordinate termination protocol for subcontractors as needed including retrieving ID badges.
Prepare, process and maintain subcontracting related documents and records.
Prepare equipment leases for signature.
Maintain all spreadsheets pertinent to subcontractors.
Coordinate subcontractor meetings with the Director of Operations.
Maintains and updates Spreadsheets as needed.
Creates spreadsheets and trackers for Operations team as needed.
Creates forms, spreadsheets, charts and graphs as needed.
