Administrative Services Under general supervision, the Administrative Coordinator will support the University Registrar, Director of Administration and Senior Assistant Director by providing administrative and managerial support, project support and communications management for the office of the University Registrar.

Administrative and managerial support Manage the calendar of the University Registrar, including meetings and meeting requests Support Registrar Office staff with respect to scheduling and organizing meetings Manage supplies for the Department Maintain inventory of office hardware and replacements Maintain the scheduling of the Department conference room 2.
Project support Manage the annual Awards & Prizes process, including solicitation for nominations, processing check requests, preparing notifications to recipients Preliminary review of graduation requirements for Graduate students SOGS Meetings:
schedule regular meetings, prepare agendas, adjusting student records and processing of actions Support University wide catalog revision process and training workshops Support University course and curriculum management process Schedule of classes change requests and review Assist as needed with the final exam schedule Review/approve room reservation requests for Registrar scheduled spaces Review Jira tickets as needed in support of the Registrar's office Coordinate with the Colleges on faculty class assignments 3.
Manage communications Maintain timelines for Department communications Website review and updates Documentation and training materials of processes and procedures Quarterly newsletter - On the Record 4.
Miscellaneous office support Assist as needed to provide coverage for front office staff Other duties that support office priorities as assigned Position Number:

5; $35,560 - $42,690 This is an approximate range and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
