Administrative Services Responsible for serving as the Curriculum Administrative Specialist in the College of Arts and Sciences.
The candidate will partner with colleagues in the CAS to support the mission of the college curriculum, to uphold rules and standards, provide training and programming for staff and faculty, and live up to the expectations of Lehigh's Principles of our Equitable Community.

Manages CAS Course and Curriculum Matters Reviews each semester schedule for the CAS to ensure correct data entry and makes necessary adjustments in consultation with the associate and assistant deans of undergraduate programs Updates the CAS catalog yearly in consultation with the associate and assistant deans of undergraduate programs Oversees curriculum-related forms for the CAS, including the master course schedule change form, reserved and restricted seating requests, requests for special sections, etc.
; includes receiving, reviewing, processing and archiving forms Performs enrollment management for the CAS, ensuring availability of courses for students, giving special attention to courses for first-year students and courses required by majors; assists departments with enrollment management strategies for their units 2.
Trains and Guides Departments on Curriculum-related processes and best practices Leads information and training sessions for college staff and faculty on curriculum-related processes, such as schedule of classes, course and curriculum updates, catalog updates, and how to use curriculum-related forms Provides course and curriculum support to departments and programs, helping to establish best practices, answer general questions, and provide support on the use of various systems, such as CIM, Banner 9, ARGOS, and the catalog tool 3.
Provides Timely Analysis and Assessment on Curricular Data and Processing Systems Provides support to the CAS Course and Curriculum Committee, including creating an initial report of curricular changes to guide the committee through their academic year work Performs regular data assessments related to course enrollments and the curriculum, as well as special data requests for the college Supports yearly assessment reports in gathering and archiving for the college, and assisting college with assessment-related information sessions and best practices Position Number:

8-40; $45,490 - $54,600 This is an approximate range and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
