2K a year The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and manager.
Provides high quality customer service.
Answers all incoming calls in a prompt and efficient manner and directs them to the appropriate staff member or department.
Ensures immediate attention to all visitors entering the facility.
Schedules and logs clients in EHR.
Collects, records, and makes deposits according to Livengrin policy.
Maintains confidentiality of all patients and patient related information.
Maintains fiscal and statistical records.
Inputs computer information including posting of daily activities, billing, and CIS information.
Types correspondences, psychosocial histories, discharge summaries and reports.
Takes staff meeting minutes, as required.
Files paperwork and mails correspondences.
Completes inventories and orders office supplies.
Maintains office cleanliness.
Communicates with building maintenance, when needed.
Operates office equipment.
Performs other related duties as may be required or as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4:
00PM - 8:
30PM High School Diploma or its equivalent.
At least one year experience in a secretarial position, preferably in a health care setting.
Familiar with confidentiality rules and regulations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
