This position will be responsible coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse.
You will provide assistance in all areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the business including developing policies, procedures, and plans.
Responsibilities Manage the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.
Maintain the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
Responsible to maintain the manual order to cash flow process, facilitate incoming purchase orders and data entry, track orders through delivery, and provide status of orders to brokers, customers and sales.
Assist with creating BOLs and inventory receipts.
Files sales orders, and indirect/direct receipts Customer Service / Order Management:
Facilitate incoming orders and data entry, track orders, provide order status to relevant parties.
Assist in creating BOLs and inventory receipts.
Logistics / Carrier Scheduling:
Assisting in order scheduling, transfers, and inventory movements.
Tracking inventory and incoming goods in WMS Inbounds:
Enter inbound receipts in a timely manner, print placards for in-coming pallets, managing inbound receiving.
Report inbound discrepancies.
Inventory:
Assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory counts as needed to ensure proper inventory storage Other tasks as assigned Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.
High school degree or equivalent required A positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment.

years of experience in customer service and logistics strongly preferred (1 year required).
Experience with cycle counts and inventory required.
Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with coaching support.
Ability to have a strong understanding of company products and services.
Strong computer and system navigation skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail oriented with organization and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Job Type:
