Responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to existing customers requesting service on their windows/doors.
Responsible for calling customers to follow up, update and schedule for service.
Responsible for updating data and closing out service reports.
Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by being organized, compassionate, responsive, and dedicated.
Responsible for following up post service and reminding homeowners of our satisfaction survey.

Responsibilities:
Answer/maintain phone calls, voicemails and respond to emails.
Address customer concerns and work with Senior Service Coordinator to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.
Call customers to follow up, update and schedule services.
Provide service appointment reminders to customer.
Create service requests/order products utilizing CRM system.
Work with various team members to communicate updates on services.
Maintain a good relationship with Operation Managers, Crews and Apprentices.
Maintain good relationship and communication with Customer Experience Operations Manager and Customer Experience Team.
Update direct manager at end of business day on Service issues.
Respond to service satisfaction reviews.
Follow up with homeowners after service is complete.
