Key
Responsibilities:
To provide quality weekly individual supervision to the SWAN Permanency Service Specialist positions.
To carry a 50% to 75% caseload of units in Permanency Services, specializing in Child Specific Recruitment, Family Profile, and Finalization.
To complete 85% or greater of all assigned SWAN units of service and ensure services are completed in a timely and efficient manner based on SWAN benchmarks, which are updated weekly in the SWAN portal.
To complete service units according to Benchmark requirements including all outreach for records, interviews, and surveys.
This includes timely and multiple follow ups on requests.
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Bachelor's or Master's in social work or a related field.
Minimum of five years' experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
Excellent engagement and communication skills, enabling you to support and connect with families effectively.
Strong writing skills to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
