Summary:
The Purchasing Associate will purchase the goods and products needed for the functioning of Kistler O' Brien are purchased on time and in the quantity needed.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Review suggested order report Create and place purchase orders for stock material Review the open order report and expedite Update purchase orders, jobs, and tickets with ETA Communicate with management if parts are not available Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as required Prepare reports on job/ticket status Pick parts for job/ticket as needed Ensures compliance with company safety standards.
Monitor company inventory levels to understand purchasing needs and schedule orders Review and maintain MIN/MAX levels Assess products, services, and vendors Maintain Supplier report card The above duties are not to be considered a complete list of duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.
Qualifications:

Experience preferred - training provided for entry-level, motivated individuals looking to make a career change.
A collaborator with basic problem-solving, organization, customer service, communication, and follow-through abilities.
Must have a valid driver's license with limited violations.
Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
