The position will oversee 150
units.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
Minimum 3 years of on-site property management experience The ability to thrive in an environment with constantly changing priorities and multitask efficiently.
Experience in a supervisory role as well as being a self-starter that can be flexible and productive with minimal supervision.
Strong work ethic, teamwork attitude, responsive and supportive to residents and staff Excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding follow-up skills and customer service driven.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Supervisor day-to-da operations of entire on-site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed.
Oversee all staff operations including maintenance, lease administration, budgeting, reporting, collections, evictions, lease renewals, service contracts, property site inspections, etc.
Ensure all move in and move outs are executed correctly and timely.
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of property budgets and variance analyses.
Walk property, common areas and vacant units regularly.
Coordinate turns and make-readies Monitor occupancy and leasing status of all units Required:
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and must have their own vehicle Background checks conducted Proficiency in Microsoft Office Detail Oriented Highly Organized
