Professional Land Surveyor
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced PLS to join our client's team, you will be responsible for various tasks including processing survey data, conducting records research, performing boundary analysis, reviewing title commitments, and coordinating with both field and office personnel.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience as a survey team leader, with a strong understanding of field to finish coding, descriptor key workflows, surface development, and more. There may also be opportunities for field survey work, with potential involvement in field to plan projects.
Responsibilities:
Ensure project success from field to finish.
Coordinate research activities according to project scope.
Conduct traverse analysis, positional quality assessment, and statistical analysis of data.
Perform boundary analysis.
Maintain CAD quality control.
Review plans.
Requirements:
Preferred qualifications include being a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing projects and personnel.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
Experience with Trimble equipment and data collection.
Familiarity with construction layout, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
Military experience is a plus but not required.
Valid driver s license.
