Summary:
We are a growing Food Production Company currently hiring full-time team members! A Production Worker is an entry-level role in our newly built, clean and modern manufacturing facility and is a valuable member of our growing team.
Ideal candidates must be safety focused while consistently producing the highest quality products for our customers.
Hiring for 1st shift Monday-Friday in between 6am to 3pm for scheduled 8-hour shifts.
Essential Duties and Key
Responsibilities:
Work on our assembly line Perform pre- and post-production tasks Keep area and equipment clean Troubleshoot machinery and other equipment issues as needed Participate in and successfully complete all Company approved and required training, audits, etc.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and Superior quality standards.
Other duties as assigned Important Qualifications to Your Success:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Prior production/manufacturing experience a plus Follow safety and sanitation procedures Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible to do other job duties through rotation Consistently arrives to work on time, returns timely from breaks, and meets attendance guidelines Willingness to raise questions and concerns over issues Good observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Self-aware, positive attitude Willingness to work overtime when required Shows moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings Education and
Experience:
