A Coordinator acts as the central conduit between Messer's field service technicians and Messer's Operations Center, Sales Teams, Transport teams and customers.
Coordinators manage the incoming service calls to appropriately triage service issues, develop a response, and prioritize technician workload against previously scheduled service activities such as installs, removals, and maintenance.

Principal Responsiblities Answering and managing all CES customer calls/issues for assigned region.
This includes triaging, troubleshooting, prioritizing, scheduling, and dispatching technicians to all emergency (unplanned) maintenance activity in the region.
Assist technicians in organizing all planned maintenance in region, maximizing available labor for the optimization of CES key performance indicators.
Support of the CES Construction team by balancing resources to support new installs and projects while maintaining core maintenance activities.
Oversee and coordinate the removal of Messer-owned assets following lost business opportunities.
Monitor telemetry and PM work orders for assigned region and meeting all service level agreements through proper allocation of resources.
Supervising the site survey process for both Messer installs and customer-owned locations from start to finish.
This includes documentation management, technical review of survey, and coordinated response to identified deficiencies.
Managing and coordinating appropriate responses to hospital service concerns in accordance with Messer, FDA, and Joint Commission standards.
Coordinate technician availability for EMOC implementation, safety upgrades, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Mapping all regional customers and assigning technicians to all active accounts in region Collaborating with Transport teams to address all driver write-up repairs for the region.
Scheduling of all first fills of tanks in region and ensuring a smooth turnover of the system to the customer.
Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers as requested.
Adherence to all safety policies and processes that pertain to CES activities.
Ensure billing of work orders where required and provide quotes as requested.
Maintain accurate customer, emergency, and telemetry information within SAP system.
Assist the National CES Central Support Manager with various CES initiatives and projects where required.
