The OpportunityAs the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the efficient performance of the Facilities Team, and requires an energetic, focused, and self-motivated individual.
You will report to the Facilities Manager and will work onsite at the Bethlehem fulfillment center.
The hours of the position will follow a Monday-Friday schedule, but may require flexibility based on needs.

Your ImpactYou will be the admin and management of the site CMMS system, including working with vendors to ensure updates and licenses are current.
Plan weekly maintenance work assignments, including preventive and planned maintenance, project and corrective work orders.
You will coordinate with Operations in scheduling of preventive and other planned maintenance activities.
Prepare preventative maintenance routines and ensure they are reviewed and modified regularly.
Update work plans, BOMs, equipment files and maintain equipment documents What You Bring1
year experience in inventory control/maintenance planning.
Experience in production planning or maintenance scheduling including experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo, MP2, Maintenance Connection, SAP) is preferred.
Associates Degree, or equivalent experience.
