ABA stands for Applied Behavior Analysis and is the development, implementation, and evaluation of natural environment modifications to promote improvement in social behavior.
ABA includes the use of observation, data collection and functional analysis of the relationship between the environment and behavior.
Organize, and maintain data collection and statistical analysis systems for programs, conduct behavioral assessments and program implementations, direct clinical activities and staff/parent training.

Join our team of highly qualified professionals!RequirementsCurrent LBS CertificationPrevious experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable.
A minimum of 1 year of clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism, training parents, and supervising staff in the implementation of intervention protocols.
Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems or willingness to learn.
Extremely knowledgeable of early learning curriculum and the application of behavioral principles to increase a wide range of functional repertoires.
Exceptional interpersonal, and organizational skills.
