Controller for Real Estate Company
Local rapidly growing Real Estate and Finance Company is seeking a talented & motivated Controller.
This is a fast paced company offering an exciting opportunity with huge opportunity for growth.
We own a family of companies including a Real Estate Brokerage; a Capital Management firm; a Private Lending Company; Property Management; and a Construction company as well as over 250 properties & 25
holding companies.
We are looking for an experienced applicant to join our team.
You must be driven & motivated. The position will require going above & beyond including working some evening and Saturdays in order to stay caught up/ get ahead.
The requirements for this position are:
Controller experience - must have worked in a company with annual revenue over $10 million.
Must have experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Experience in process improvement and streamlining processes.
Degree in Accounting required
Experience in QuickBooks preferred.
High level of organization and capability to deliver reports on time and accurately
Highly proficient in computer skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 1st Year income depending on qualifications
benefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
