Customer Service Representative
LiveHelpNow, LLC seeks to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative with the day-to-day operations of the Live Chat Customer Service Unit. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
Receive and respond to inbound e-mail and live chats; gather and verify required information
Actively listen to the customer, taking their request for product or services
Provide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken
Minimum Requirements:
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong computer skills; ability to operate multiple software applications and perform internet searches
Effective problem solving skills and ability to multitask
Excellent oral and written communication skills
The desire to satisfy our customers promptly and further strengthen customer loyalty
High School graduate or equivalent
Salary Range - $24k - $28k per year
full benefits (health, matching 401k)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
