Sales Planning Coordinator

ConsumerTrack is looking to hire a sales planning coordinator. This role will support an account manager, assisting in all aspects of pre-and-post campaign sales efforts.This role will interface with both the client and internal departments at ConsumerTrack on tasks including but not limited to:
Client Pre-sales - RFP delivery, proposal creation, pricing, volume estimates, and specs for Account Managers
Client Launch - own client onboarding checklist, acquiring all assets & specs, client communication
Client Post-Launch - provide screenshots deck for any new launches or changes to campaign
Client Lifecycle - support AM on day-to-day client maintenance - rate changes, copy changes, recaps, upsells, reports, compliance, invoicing
Client Asset Management - maintain links and creatives, proactively requesting new links
Maintain Salesforce workflow and accurate client data
Requirements
1 - 3 years of experience in digital advertising preferred
Attention to detail
Good communication skills over phone/email
Microsoft Office Suite skills (PPT, Excel, Word)
Good to have skills:
Jira
CRM experience (Salesforce, etc)
RFP submission experience (Prisma, Mediavisor, etc)
Ad server (DFP, DCM, etc)
Tableau

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
